Dogwood House is available for week-long rentals throughout the year. We charge $2,375/week from early June through early September and $1,500/week (or $225/night) the rest of the year. Guests may check in starting at 4:00 PM on Saturday; check-out is the following Saturday at 10:00 AM.

The calendar at JerseyCapeRealty.com shows when Dogwood House is available. Please contact us with any questions about availability or special accommodations you may have in mind. Please remember, we cannot accommodate pets.

Deposits 
We request a $300.00 deposit, which will be returned shortly after your stay. Details regarding the deposit and other stipulations will be available in the rental lease agreement.

Cleaning
We kindly ask that you clean the house before leaving so the next guests can enjoy their stay at Dogwood House.  You can call Gofers House Cleaning Service or clean it yourself. Gofers can be reached at (609) 884-1997.
